Referencing other projects and Jars on Java Build Path

Hi folks,
Just started using your plugin. When building, it doesn't seem to honour any project references or jars setup on the Java build path. Is this a bug or just not a feature yet?

I added this to Jira (http://jira.exadel.org/browse/FXP-43). If you have any information that will make it easier to reproduce, please added it to Jira or this thread.

FXP-43 is marked as fixed in

FXP-43 is marked as fixed in version 1.3.0 of the plugin but I've just installed it and the problem is still there.

I added a comment to the Jira and cross-posted on this forum because I wasn't sure if you'd see a comment added to a closed issue. I'm happy to continue any discussion on Jira.
