<fiji:swf/> and modal panel

Hi, I have the same problem as in this topic (#1) : http://groups.google.com/group/exadel-fiji-discussion/browse_thread/thre...

When I activate my rich:modalPanel in my page the embed element is always accessible. Is there a solution/workaround for this problem ?

Is there a workaround ?
